We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Social Media Lead to own the growth of Endel through our social media channels. These channels are both a reflection of our vibrant brand and an essential part of our user acquisition funnels.
You’re a strategic thinker who’ll drive organic growth through brilliant content and expert knowledge of social media. You’ll be the voice, eyes, and ears of Endel on all things social.
What you’ll do
- Own and drive Endel growth on social media channels
- Maintain presence on the most relevant social media channels for both b2c and b2b audiences
- Test and scale up fresh, engaging formats of storytelling tailored for each social media channel
- Drive follower and app user growth through proactive initiatives, implementing new tools and activities
- Execute Endel’s communication and editorial strategies through social channels, together with the Editor-in-Chief
- Create meaningful and performing content with the Editor-in-Chief and Creative Production team
- Be a direct touch point for Endel users, partners, and the wider community, working closely with the Community Management team
- Report metrics that help us improve performance to the Growth Lead and CMO.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in growing and running social media channels for brands and communities
- Growth mindset and deep understanding of content marketing
- A birds-eye-view of the latest trends and best practices
- Natural communication skills – the ability to write engaging captions, connect with our community, and get conversations going
- Familiarity with social media tools and reporting
- High level of organizational skills
- Knowledge in the areas of wellness, tech, and music is a plus
