Start early, leave early. When your schedule is flexible, consider starting work early, while your energy is high. Use the quiet morning hours to get an early lead on the day’s tasks, so you have more time to unwind and plan for tomorrow.

Cut back on multitasking. Juggling too many variables at once leaves us vulnerable, draining energy reserves and delaying results. Try to focus on one thing at a time, so you can do your best and move on with confidence.
